Weekly Live Sessions
Two hours every week, live with Joe and your small group of founders. Three sessions a month are hands-on automation training, where you build something real. The fourth is a mastermind and accountability check-in to keep you focused on your North Star and working on what actually moves the needle. All sessions are recorded.
Program Portal and Resource Vault
Each session has its own page built for the cohort: every step, screenshot, and video, including prompts and skill installs, so the technical parts don't slow you down. The Resource Vault goes beyond the sessions. If Joe has something that can help you, financial models, pitch decks, hiring guides, skills he spent months building, you get it. Some of these things cost thousands of dollars to build. If he can reasonably give it to you, he will.

Your AI should be with you everywhere. In this session you install Claude on your phone and build a voice profile from your own books, podcasts, and social media using the SpeakHuman skill I created. When you get this right, what comes back sounds like you wrote it yourself. No cleaning it up. No editing it back to sound human. It already does.
Your First Magic Mission Control
Auto-Execute Task Board + Long-Form to Short-Form Content
One session recording can become thirty pieces of content. One interview. One long post. I show you how to take any long-form content you already have and let AI pull it apart into short clips, captions, scripts, and posts. Then you build your first Mission Control, a personal command center with a task board where things in the Auto Execute column get done the moment you drop them in. No follow-up. No checking in. You leave this session with both running on your laptop.
